  • Built a WhatsApp AI agent with the WhatsApp Cloud API, OpenAI SDK, RAG, and platform context. Reduced standard per-message cost from ₹4 to ₹0.50, validated with curated evaluations.
  • Engineered a payment pipeline processing ₹10M+ monthly, using event-ID deduplication and state machines to prevent duplicate charges and partial failures.
  • Owned a centralized licensing platform for billing dates, invoicing, and credits across 5,000+ enterprise accounts.
  • Shipped 10+ product features across permissions, user management, bulk operations, leaderboards, and configuration.

Built an AI call-analysis pipeline with OpenAI and AWS to automate conversation summaries; re-engineered 5+ Angular modules with reusable PrimeNG components, and shipped renewal reminders that increased on-time renewals by 30%.

Owned the development of a health-tech product using the MERN stack, including a personalized meal-plan generator built with LangChain, ReportLab, the OpenAI SDK, and Pydantic. Also developed an asynchronous worker service using AWS Lambda, SQS, and the WhatsApp Cloud API for an initial 500-user beta.
